1. What this is. PrepDeck is a study-planning and self-logging tool for CAT exam preparation. It generates a personalized schedule based on information you provide and lets you track your daily study activity against it.
2. Not affiliated with any exam body. PrepDeck is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the IIMs, the CAT exam convening body, or any official CAT authority. "CAT" refers to the Common Admission Test as a general term.
3. No outcome guarantee. PrepDeck provides a study plan based on the information you supply. We do not guarantee any specific percentile, score, or admission outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and many factors outside this tool's control.
4. Your account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one person's personal exam preparation.
5. Payment. Access is unlocked with a one-time payment per target exam year, processed via Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
6. Acceptable use. Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use the service for anything unlawful.
7. Changes. We may update these terms or the service itself from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
