Nothing is shipped physically. cateasy.in is a 100% digital service. There are no physical goods, and no shipping or delivery charges.
Instant delivery. Your personalised CAT strategy is generated immediately after you complete the questionnaire. The full dashboard (daily plan, quest tracking, mock tracker, reminders) is unlocked automatically the moment your payment is confirmed — typically within a few seconds, and in rare cases of bank delays within 15 minutes.
How you access it. Log in at cateasy.in with the email you registered with, on any phone or computer. A payment confirmation and receipt are emailed to your registered address.
Validity. Access is valid for the CAT exam year you paid for, until that year's exam date.
Not unlocked? If your payment was successful but your dashboard is still locked after 15 minutes, email support@cateasy.in with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. We'll unlock it the same day or refund you in full — see our Refund Policy.
